We follow up all comments about how we can improve our service so that we maintain the highest standards. Our Nursing Co-ordinators therefore routinely ask for feedback after each session of nursing.
We may seek your permission to use your comments about our service anonymously (eg on the Comments Received page of our website). We will always seek your express permission to do this and will ensure that the patient’s identity is completely protected.
If you are not entirely happy with our service, please speak in the first instance to the our Nursing Co-ordinator, who will discuss your comments with you and then take action on them. If you feel that you wish to raise an issue as a formal complaint, please first download and read our full Comments and Complaints Policy, which sets out in detail how to do this and how we will respond.
