Welcome to Kate’s Home Nursing. The chances are, if you’ve found us, you or someone close to you is nearing the end of their life. We are so very sorry, but we’re glad you’re here. Rest assured that you are in excellent hands and we will do our utmost to help you at this difficult time.
Who are we?
Kate’s Home Nursing is a registered, local charity. We provide registered nursing hospice care at home across the North Cotswolds, supporting patients and their families at the end of life. All our services are FREE.
How can we help?
- We have a team of registered nurses (several of whom are Queen’s Nurses) who are very experienced in end of life care.
- Professional, compassionate, care and advice to prevent hospital admission.
- Emotional support for patients and their families and carers.
- Expert knowledge in assessment and management of physical symptoms, including administration of medications and liaison with appropriate professionals, including your GP and District Nurse.
- A plan of care based on our patients’ needs. Advice and support, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
- Bereavement Support Service for carers, family and friends

How to access our services
Our service is offered to patients registered with GP surgeries in Stow on the Wold, Moreton in Marsh, Bourton on the Water, Northleach, Winchcombe and Rendcomb. Please see a map of the area we cover. Our patients are generally referred by their District Nurse or GP; however, we can accept self referrals so if you or a member of your family would like to enquire, please contact us.
