Yet another fantastic person, Sam Keen, is raising funds for Kate’s Home Nursing by doing a ‘Brutal’ Double Ironman triathlon.
This incredible feat of endurance will be a 4.8 mile lake swim, 230 mile cycle and then a double marathon (52.4 mile) run over a long weekend.
It sounds like it will be an incredible achievement from Sam, who’s currently raising donations through his JustGiving page.
