What a wonderful summer it’s been — hot, hot, hot, filled with sunshine, community spirit and some fantastic events, all helping to raise vital funds for Kate’s Home Nursing.
A huge thank you to everyone who has supported us along the way — our staff, trustees, volunteers, everyone who gave their time, and of course everyone who came along, joined in and helped make each event such a success. We simply couldn’t do it without you.
We’d like to say a special thank you to everyone involved with the National Garden Scheme opening at Rockcliffe in Upper Slaughter. The proceeds from refreshments were generously donated to Kate’s Home Nursing, and we are incredibly grateful to Rockcliffe and to everyone who helped and attended.
Another big thank you goes to everyone who organised, took part in and supported our Texas Scramble Golf Day at Wychwood Golf Club. It was a fantastic day and raised valuable funds to support our work.
The Brockhampton Village Show was another memorable occasion, and we are so grateful to everyone who welcomed and supported us there.
Every event, every volunteer hour and every contribution helps us continue providing compassionate hospice care at home to local families when they need it most.
