Our service is offered to patients registered with GP surgeries in Stow on the Wold, Moreton in Marsh, Bourton on the Water, Northleach, Winchcombe and Rendcomb. We are here to offer end of life nursing care to those who has been told there is no cure for their condition or illness, with no curative treatment available.
Patients are generally referred to us through their GP, District Nurse, Hospital or through direct contact from patients, families or carer’s. However, you can refer yourself if you live in the area we serve.
