n 2026, Kate’s Home Nursing proudly celebrates 30 years of nursing for our community. Since 1996, we have been a truly local charity supporting patients and their families across the North Cotswolds. We provide registered nursing hospice care at home for those who are nearing the end of their lives and wish to remain at home, surrounded by those who are important to them. We also support families, friends and carers though our Bereavement Support Service.
This special anniversary year is a chance to celebrate the hundreds of families we have supported, and the thousands of hours of nursing provided, and to look ahead to the future. With your help, we can ensure that compassionate compassionate end-of-life care at home remains available for the next 30 years and more.
