Teams of dedicated supporters have run for Kate’s Home Nursing in events such as the London Landmarks Half Marathon, Royal Parks Half and The Big Half in London. Taking part in a running event is a fantastic way to raise funds for us and reach your personal goals at the same time!

Royal Parks Half Marathon, London
11 October 2026
The Royal Parks Half Marathon is London’s original half marathon. Run on closed roads through four of the eight Royal Parks as well as being the greenest race of its kind in the UK.
Amsterdam Marathon

The TCS Amsterdam Marathon is a premier annual 26.2 mile road race, famous for its fast, flat, and historic route starting and finishing in the 1928 Olympic Stadium. It passes landmarks like the Rijksmuseum and Amstel River.
The Great South Run, Portsmouth

The Great South Run is an annual 10 mile (16.09 km) road running race which takes place in Portsmouth, providing an intermediate distance between the ten kilometre and the half marathon runs.
